Curated Morocco (operated by Aymane Alouche, based in Tangier, Morocco) provides private guided travel experiences in Morocco. All journeys are privately arranged and do not constitute package holidays under any specific national legislation.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email. A deposit (amount agreed per journey) is required to confirm your dates, payable via Wise or bank transfer. The remaining balance is paid in cash on arrival in Morocco. Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms are agreed individually at the time of booking and confirmed in writing. As a general policy: cancellations more than 30 days before departure are eligible for a full deposit refund; cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable unless Curated Morocco is unable to provide the agreed service. Date changes are accommodated where possible at no additional charge.

Our responsibilities

Curated Morocco is responsible for the guiding and ground logistics agreed in your itinerary. We are not responsible for airline delays, personal injury, theft, illness, acts of nature, or events outside our reasonable control. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all journeys.

Your responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visas where required), appropriate travel insurance, and personal health preparations. Curated Morocco provides guidance but cannot be held responsible for entry refusals or documentation issues.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
